Great service. Waiting area is clean with windows allowing you to watch the work being done on your car. Free cookies, water and tea are a nice touch as well.

I have the car Krown sprayed every year. It adds so much life (and value) to the car. Great experience in Brockville!
To satisfy my curiosity, I placed steel wool in 2 bottles of salt water a year ago, one sprayed with Krown, the other plain. The Krown steel is as clean as the day it went on. The plain one is a rusted mess.
This stuff works!!

I had my care rustproofed today at Krown Rustproofing in Brockville. The staff are fantastic and the service was notably superior to what we have come to expect in society today. I am a lifelong Krown Rustproofing customer. I had a 2008 Pontiac for 14 years and when I finally had to give it up, there was not a bit of rust on that car.

I had gone for rust proofing on November 30 to Krown Brockville, as we didn't get any sooner dates in Kingston (for both me and my boyfriend's car). When we were driving back, I felt the brakes weren’t working well; there was a delay in stopping. I didn’t pay as much attention to it as I thought it might be because we just did the rustproofing and it will eventually wear off (there was a thud sound as well). On December 3rd, we went to Toronto with a few of our friends. There was an accident on the highway, and we had to apply a sudden break. The car did not stop immediately and the collision detection started beeping as it was a close call. We barely missed hitting the front car. We took the car to Kingston Kia for a brake inspection, and I was told after the inspection that the rust-proofing oil was applied so badly that it was on the rotors and soaked the brake pads. They informed me that my only option is it change the front and rear brakes, which would cost me around 1535 CAD.I contacted Krowns Brockville to explain the situation, and the staff there said they couldn't do anything without inspecting my car in person. My boyfriend and I drove the car to their center, and we met with the owner. He wasn’t even ready to read the report and dismissed our concern. He said they would clean up any excess oil. After cleaning, he drove us around the neighborhood at a very low speed and said the brakes worked fine now. I asked him for written documentation for the oil cleaning service he did on my car, and he said he would consider it (did not give me one yet). When I asked him for a receipt for the rust-proofing service we did on my car, he asked me to leave the building (I lost the receipt but still have payment information as I paid through a credit card). We had gone to Canadian Tire for brake inspection, and they had also reported that the brakes were contaminated. The KROWNS had asked us to inspect with one of the technicians they recommended, and they said there was a pattern of overheating noticed. (They did not take the brakes apart for examination.).Three reports advised a change of all my brakes. My car is a Kia Seltos 2023, and we took it to Krown Brockville a few days after servicing it. If you don’t want your car ruined, please don’t go there for rustproofing. They would not take any responsibility for their actions and would blame you or your car.

In this unfortunate incident, a friend opted for winter rust-proofing services from Krown Rust for their car. Subsequently, brake damage occurred, prompting consultation with the car manufacturer, who unequivocally attributed the issue to Krown's service. A detailed review on Google highlighted the experience, but Krown countered, shifting blame to the manufacturer. This conflicting narrative raises concerns about accountability and transparency in the service provided by Krown Rust Control.

Never Let them Touch your car!!!They have literally over sprayed the oil to the brakes which have made the rotors and brake pads to be damaged. Since last one month Me and My girlfriend have been running behind them. They still says its not their Fault and KIA DOES"NT UNDERSTAND KROWN.I asked the owner DEAN what If we have DIED or something had happened to us in Toronto when the brakes were not working, His response was "" You Didn't "" so we cant do anything. (IMAGINE THERE WERE 5 PEOPLE IN THE CAR, ALL of our life were on the line)Literally he asked us to leave the shop when we asked for a receipt. He dismissed to talk to Kia service guy and also refused the report that we brought from KIA stating it is the excess rustproofing oil had killed the brakes.

Immediately was treated with kindness and respect. I dealt with a wonderful employee by the name of Terry. He was professional, courteous, punctual and informative. I was even given further information on wellness and longevity practices for your vehicle. Tips and preferred methods were shared with me and staff was incredibly efficient and meticulous at what they accomplished.
