I've been going to Jiffy Auto for more than a decade now, and they've always been amazing!
If I have an emergency, they've managed to fit me in the same day. Their prices are very reasonable, and I've always been treated fairly.

On the way to Toronto on the 401, a faulty sensor caused an engine problem... after being refused at CanTire we went to Jeffy's in Brockville. Although they were busy, they took the time to run a diagnosis on the computer. They made several calls to try to find her without success, but they were able to allow us to get back on the road to return to our home in Quebec.
Thanks to Troy and his team for the kind service. Much appreciated.

Having had a tire burst on the highway due to a huge hole, we had to go to Jiffy Auto Service urgently. Not having my size low profile tire, they ordered the correct tires from Conwall and made the change for me the same day. Being only on vacation in Ontario, this friendly gang saved me a lot of hassle!!

Traveling from Ottawa to Toronto. Had a nail in a tire. Pumped it up but it only lasted 30 minutes. Pulled off the 401 and found Jiffy at 4:30pm. They close at 5pm. Regardless, they took me in immediately despite closing time and fixed my tire and got me back on the road. Would've been really screwed but they took care of me. A+ 5 star service. If I had to breakdown again I'll be sure to do it in Brockville and I'll be going to Jiffy. Thx guys!

This is a comparison between CTC Prescott and Jiffy Tire in Brockville. We are driving from Ottawa with a brand new car to Windsor when we pick up a nail and get a slow leak that the TPMS system detects, Pull into CTC in Prescott and ask if they can help – sorry all techs are busy –wait and see if someone doesn’t show up … hmm … ( background – both my father and uncle were past CTC ‘dealers’ and they would have 2 bays set aside just for tire related install and related issues ( like a slow leak) with no appointment. required. So $25 latter a can of ‘slime’ and see if this will solve the problem. A few miles latter and – bad news – leak continues …. Stop and Brockville and the Carquest store suggests Jiffy Tire a short distance away … they accept us and one hour latter all is fixed for $37 and prompt service. I noticed that they had full service bays but – also had 2 bays for tire service & installation. What a difference. Our trip was saved and we made it home safe & sound.
