I booked a hair, mani and pedi appointment to surprise my daughter for her 10th birthday. Not only did Heather come in on her DAY OFF but she went above and beyond to make my daughter's special day absolutely amazing. My daughter had the biggest smile the entire time. Her words, "this feels like a dream!"*Also a big thank you to Lee for giving my hair a chop and long over due style!*

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience today. Heather, the hairdresser, was exceptionally kind, as was the lady at the front desk whose name I didn't catch unfortunately. My daughter is an autistic 13yo who sometimes has trouble sitting still and is often shy around unfamiliar folks, but we both felt so welcome and comfortable with these ladies. Seeing how happy my child was with her reflection after Heather finished her perm and cut warmed my heart. Thanks very much! We look forward to our next visit!

Very pleasant experience. I did a pedicure. It was very relaxing and they lady was so nice. Can't say enough how great it was. My daughter had her hair cut and eyebrows done. Looked great. Friendly and comforting environment. Deffently recommend.

Went in for a trim and asked for a point cut in a princess style with for my long hair.Instead I got a blunt cut with my curly hair and 7 in of it cut off. She said she cut my hair to my "shortest layer"- to make my hair all one length. I anticipated maybe needing to lose 3 in of hair maximum but you took 7 in of my hair.I didn't realize until I got home just what the hair stylist did to my hair. It looks hideous.Avoid this place.Service: Hairstyling

Everything was really well executed. My toddler's first haircut was a huge success!!! We got the fist cut package. I'll be honest as it's what I would expect from others and say that the keepsake from the first cut package, while a great idea, seems a lottle bit poorly put together. The image quality is poor, the frame can be found at the dollar store, the hair lock is clearly and poorly taped onto the image while we were told it would be laminated on. I just feel I could very easily do better myself and I am no artist or craft expert of any means. This said. Amazing job by Natalie, she made everything so easy and made me fee comfortable to be present and help with the cut. Well done!Service: Hairstyling

I've been out of the area for a few years now, but I was back recently for a wedding and booked with Nat for a clean up and style the morning of. Nat needed next to no clarification for what I was looking for, she immediately saw my vision, she was precise and I was cleaned up and wedding ready in less than an hour. So amazing to see Flair FX still thriving.
