These people are just the best. Was on our way to Guelph,On when my truck completely over heated, and a had to be in Guelph no matter what, this day. They needed the truck for the day . Lucky I borrowed my brothers truck, and left mine there. During the day Billings Auto called me informed us what was going on with it, as they where also looking for direction on how to proceed. Shirley, and the two Mikes were professional, polite, compassionate, quick, and informative. If you live in the Brockville area and are looking for a mechanic, look no further than Billings Automotive. My truck was ready to go and we picked it up later that night. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here.

I've dealt with the staff many times and they've been helpful and the quality of work has always been good.However, the last time I brought my vehicle to have my timing belt replaced, I picked my car up and noticed the leather seat had 3 holes and other damage from what looked like tools left in a back pocket or from putting something on the seat. I showed the manager and he apologized for the damage and said to call him and he would arrange to have it fixed. I also told him I would book my car in for more work so they wouldn't lose much money as these mistakes can happen.This happened almost a month ago and the manager won't answer/return my calls. This has not been my experience in the past and it would make me upset to not bring my car here anymore. I would be willing to give 5 stars and recommend this shop to others if the manager would stay true to his word and fix the damage done to my seat.
