Solid dealership.Purchased a used Corolla from them and traded in my vehicle. Sales team was good with no complaints. Limited pressure, worked with me to find me a vehicle that worked with zero complaints. Matt was fantastic.Only reason for not giving 5 stars was an issue with a deposit. Put down 1000 dollar deposit to hold the vehicle that was listed as fully refundable. When I picked up the car, I was never given the deposit back on my credit card and assumed it would be removed. Only once I was charged interest on the deposit two weeks later did I call, and was informed it was a mistake and should have been returned on pickup. It was quickly rectified, but I learned that they didn’t have my credit card on file so if I hadn’t have noticed and called, I would have simply lost 1000 dollars. I guess it’s also my fault for not asking, but left a bit of a bad taste to what was otherwise a great experience.

They will refuse to sell you a vehicle if you don’t live in the Brockville area, they only want to sell to locals.The manager Chris Walker has you speak with the salesperson Brad, who then instructs you to speak with the manager, who is now no longer there.Will be contacting Toyota directly to discuss this experience.Probably the worst Toyota dealership in Ontario.

Don't service your car at BrockvilleToyota and I would never ever buy another Toyota. They charge too much for service. Twice as much than other car service companies. Some things can only get done at Toyota. The roof rusted on my Prius (only 5 years old) Toyota wouldn't cover it. Paint is peeling in other spots. The brakes need to be replace very two years with normal wear and tear. Every time I took it to Brockville Toyota there was something other than oil charge that they said needed repair. I thought I bought the best car in the world only to be completely defeated and terribly disappointed. Don't buy a Toyota.

Fantastic Customer Service! On our journey eastbound from Ontario to New Brunswick, Brockville was our initial stop to gas up our 2015 Toyota Sienna. Upon exiting the 401 and pulling up to the gas pumps, we found our gas door would not unlatch. We googled the local Toyota dealership (1000 Islands Toyota), and then drove to the dealership, explained our predicament to the Service Team, and a Service Mechanic promptly came out and quickly fixed the problem, and wished us a safe journey. Fantastic Customer Service! Thank you!

I have been waiting since the end of August for them to fix my transmission, went to another dealership and it took them less than two weeks to get me a new one and have it installed, if you have the choice do not go here, not to mention every time they reinstalled my stabilizer arms they broke them again in the process, absolutely would not recommend to anyone

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at 1000 Islands Toyota! I had rather off-the-beaten-path inquiry - Chris Walker took the time to dive into my question and provide me with more information than I could have hoped for! The kicker is - I work for a rival company - and Chris still opted to aid me in a personalized and enthusiastic manner. It was legitimately one of the top-10 phone conversations of my life!Thanks again to Chris and the whole team at 1000 Islands Toyota - as the young folks say - real recognize real!! :)
