I recently was in an accident. The claims representative assigned to my case was less than helpful throughout the entire situation.. However, Dillon went to bat for me. I’m not sure I would have remained as calm throughout the entire situation without his compassion and direction. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that is looking for customer service from individuals who are willing to put their all into their work.

This is a wonderful family business! Jay Passingham helped our son after his insurance rates went sky high after an accident in the snow ( one car ). Jay searched high and low and found a company that would not cost a fortune! This business is able to answer all insurance questions on all types of insurance. Our entire family has our insurance here, and will not switch. If rates go up they find you the best deal available. That is what it is like to deal with real people, not a huge impersonal company!

Lynn and her team are super! I have all my personal insurance with Passingham and I have been a customer for many years. 3 major claims in my insurance history and 1 that proved to be a problem but Lynn went straight to bat for me and all is good! Way to go guys!! Keep it up!
