The people in the branch are nice to deal with. My concern is with CIBC not providing direct lines to their employees. Any call goes to the general mailbox that never gets checked. Not everything can be discussed through email.

If i could give this place minus stars i would. Numours times they have screwed up my accounts so badly i ended up missing bill payments. TERRIBLE service not smart people. Avoid at all costs
