Jesse at Lynden Park mall, Brantford is the best. He is professional, very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I have had the pleasure of dealing with him on several occasions. He won't steer you wrong.

Unfortunately, leaving this review as a customer of over 15 years. When I attempted to pay off my device balance I had horrendous interactions with a manager who would not listen or answer my questions and simply continued repeating the same information. Furthermore, she was unwilling to budge on plan pricing or provide any loyalty incentives for me as a long-standing customer.I escalated my concern to the executive team which did provide me a one-time adjustment on my next bill, however after 6-months I will be paying significantly more than a new customer. I would think this is the minimum they could do simply to offset the awful experience and did not even address the disparity between new and existing customers.This small company that I have loved and remained with for 15 years is no longer and now operates exactly as the big suppliers. I would caution any prospective customer to know that prior to enrolling, if you are looking for the better customer service not provided by the larger companies, it is here no longer.

Everyone in that kiosk is so helpful. Sierra was the lady that helped me and she spent an hour going over my phone with me and deals . Was not going to upgrade but she saved me $40 a month. Thank you!

Went in looking for advice on choosing a new phone. Jesse walked me through some recommendations, asked about the features I wanted to prioritize so he could give me the best options, and made sure to check for any discounts or offers to save some money. Sierra showed me how some of the features work on her own phone, as well as just being really friendly to chat with. Felt like they really made an effort to tailor the service to what I needed, & it never felt like a sales pitch. A+ service, will keep coming back.

Had big issue with Virgin customer care via telephone over the last week. But I dropped in to the Kiosk and spoke with Shantell and she was able fix all the broken promises and I’m a happy camper again. I might just stay another 10 years with Virgin Plus.Thanks a million Shantell. You deserve a bonus!

Shantell at the Virgin Mobile kiosk at the Lynden Park Mall in Brantford worked tirelessly for 45 minutes to fix the problem on my daughters phone. She definitely went above and beyond and took ownership of solving our issue with not being able to access data after returning to Canada from vacation. She made it her personal mission to solve the odd issu I am so appreciative of her dedication because we would not have been able to fix the problem. Replacing the SIM card with a new one did the trick! Thanks Shantell!!That was the BEST service experience that I've received in quite a while!!!
