Staff need ALOT MORE TRAINING. Ordered just a bagel , toasted , buttered and it took almost 5min of waiting inside.

I've been going to this Tim Hortons for years. This morning I went inside and waited in line behind 2 gentlemen for almost 10 minutes while the clearly new worker struggled to manage the counter. Another worker named JACKSON came in, when I thought he was coming to help and mistook him punching in for starting the till up and said the man infront of me was next he told me patience was a vertue and he would get to us when he was ready. I was shocked as we had been patient and drive thru was moving much quicker. Needless to say, Jackson proceeded to be rude to the other worker and myself again. Will not be coming to this location for awhile and I hope they put more people on counter instead of letting one person struggle.

Not as fast as it used to be. On/off days depending on who is working at the front. Often times waiting for 15-20+ minutes standing awkwardly in line while they have four people at the drive through and 1 person handling all the front counter orders.

Here's my honest opinion. The store looks great. Its also clean. I realize they have a lot of pressure being across from a school and the kids coming in and making it very loud and chaotic but overall I think the staff work as a team. You can see on their faces they are trying to please customers and try to get orders out. Keep in mind when you come in. If it's really busy, be patient.

Food and service was great.Atmosphere not that great. Staff should not allow people to sleep in the booths. Makes it hard to find a table and uncomfortable to stay.

I regret to say that my experience with the cinnamon and raisin bagel from Tim Hortons was utterly disappointing. The bagel was stale and lacked any discernible flavor of cinnamon or raisin. It was as if I was chewing on cardboard with a hint of something vaguely reminiscent of cinnamon.unpleasantly dry, making it a challenge to even swallow.

Date of Visit: Feb.24, 2024Item Ordered: XL Dark Roast Coffee Triple TripleProblems:1. The cashier was paying attention to the previous customer. However, when it was my turn to place the order, she was talking to another staff while taking my order. When it was time to scan the Tim Horton's App bar code, she didn't help me with the scanning, making it extremely difficult for me to aim the bar code at the scanner.Observation: This cashier's behavior was PREPOSTEROUS.2. After the male staff prepared my coffee, he placed it on the counter quietly without saying a word. Another customer was already at the counter waiting for his food. He asked the staff if that coffee was his, and the male staff answered "no". Moments later, a shorter lady staff came by, discovered the coffee on the counter and asked the male staff which item it was. After the male staff answered, the lady staff announced my order.Observation: This male staff was PREPOSTEROUS and RUDE!3. I asked the lady staff, why did the male staff leave my coffee on the counter without any announcement? The lady only said "sorry".Observation: This lady staff was IRRESPONSIBLE.Summary:These 2 staff members were inexcusable for their behavior. They purposely neglected their duties and discriminated against me. They lack supervision from a trained staff, and the manager should take full responsibility for their behavior.

Completely overcharged me on my order. When called out on it they were rude and snappy even though i order the same thing most days and know the total. They overcharged me by about 5$. Don’t bother coming

Ordered farmers sausage wrap no sauce and no cheese, got one with sauce and no egg and hubby ordered a steak and egg on English muffin and no sauce got one on biscuit and sauce....so tired of this location messing up the orders another 17.00 down the tube. Maybe if they had better staff that could get orders right, worst location to go to.
