I was in the other night and an employee was very helpful and kind. She was busy folding tee shirts, yet was happy to help me find what I was looking for, hopefully you hire more employees like her! She has longer dark blonde hair & was beautiful inside & out!! I'm not sure of her name, but I will definitely be back.. Great Job!!

Sunglasses were $4.99 on sale here, but no female glasses and poor advertising about which glasses were meant for males and which were for females. Everything else I saw was too expensive for me, and my family and I were disappointed because this store is at the end of a mall hall and we walked aways to get to it. Also, my Google maps gave Thriftys for a suggestion when I searched for thrift stores nearby. If i'd been expecting a clothing store, it might've affected me differently, but I was expecting a thrift store, and just so you know, this is NOT a thrift store.

I stopped by this store with my two small children in hopes to find something for myself as I am a mom whose in desperate need of new clothes, I walked in wearing ripped up clothing just looking for some help. I asked a staff member for help and who directed me towards the tshirts and I wasn’t able to find anything that caught my eye, I knew I didn’t have a lot of time as the kids had a long day of shopping. Feeling discouraged I headed for the door. On my way out, a different employee (she has red hair and green glasses) offered to help me pick a few items.. she picked some items and offered me the large changing room to fit us. I agreed and I couldn’t have been happier as I loved her choices. She really made my day. I just wanted her to be recognized as some not realize the gravity they have to change someone’s day the way she did. I wish I got your name but I hope you see this. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for giving me the little pick me up I needed.

Worst customer service. The male guy is racist. Their clothes are old from last year. Waste of time.

Prices are great, have bought from them a few times. The employees are SO nice and helped me when I was in a rush.

The collection and price are very nice, but the staff behaviour is too rude, i went there twice in just one day, did shop for more than 350, but still the behaviour of the staff is like they're offering goods for free. The staff behaviour needs to be improved and they need some training for being polite for customers. I would rate staff 0/5 for that.

Just went there. Kinda stupid they don’t do returns every store I have gone to the mall in has done a return for me. And they just kept trying to sell me different stuff and I just wanted to switch the small sweaters for a medium and the guy kept telling me they wouldn’t fit my bf he sounds like a medium guy saying that they won’t fit. And the smalls r technically a medium and the mediums are larges. It was ridiculous I just wanted to return them or exchange they clearly cuz I couldn’t return them yet to be stuck their for 20 minutes telling me basically that I’m wrong that’s what it felt like.

Awesome customer serviceHad to return an item for exchange. The receipt indicated a 14-day window for this. It was a Christmas gift, and they exchanged it after this was purchased 22 days earlier
