It’s Black Friday week and after walking out of two other stores because it took 15 minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge me. I came to the source as a last resort. But I was greeted by 3 staff with in moments of walking in. And when I said I was stressed from leaving staples and Best Buy as they didn’t have anyone to help me Savannah made a point of helping me personally. She listened and gave great advice as to what i needed to do a massive office upgrade project. She really changed my whole day around!

Worst Customer service in this store. We were there to purchase phone and Lady on counter told us that if you are not going to buy a phone from us, we are going to charge 5$ for for every 5 minutes.For the first time I ever heard from any store who were asking for service charges for every 5 minutes to just provide cell phone quote.And when we were leaving the store this lady said to his colleague Hasan in a loud voice that "We should not waste our time on these people to just providing them the quotes as we have other customers to deal in the store".This is ridiculous behavior. I don't know the name of Lady representative but she was rude and unprofessional. We felt disrespected at the store. I am surprised why this lady was frustrated. If you are not in mood to work, better to stay home or change your profession from customer service to something else.

The manager seems to prioritize their commissions and takes advantage of customers with false and misleading claims. They lack proper manners and treat their employees poorly, often bossing them around. Additionally, they frequently boast about their managerial position. It appears that a change is necessary in this situation.
