Delivery notification system went extremely well. Issue with box spring, my salesperson, Justin failed to mention that the box spring removal is separate from the mattress removal fee. Had that been mentioned during the sale I would have spent the extra $15 for them to take that away as well. But I assumed that I was to put both in the given plastic bag only to have to remove the box spring (that I’m now stuck with taking to the dump). Not impressed.

We went in on a VIP event and we bought furniture for our home and our cottage. The home order was prefect.
We did have trouble with cottage order because delivery was promised but they couldnt deliver it, as it was to far away from a Brick store. The manager at the Brantford store was great to deal with. He honestly made it right and more.
They care at this location and the original sales guy was awesome (should just confim location can be delivered too before promising it). BUT again they made it right!!
THEY CARED!!!!! VERY RARE THESE DAYS!!!

I bought a 65 inch Hisense tv for my mother to replace a broken one and she is out of town. I did everything all over the cell and laptop as i knew what tv I wanted and the price point. I did try to purchase this tv from Leon's but they wanted $50 for delivery. Debbie, at the Brantford store, was very friendly and helpful in this purchase. The Bricks availability and free delivery won me over. Great Job!!
