“Been a customer for over 20 years. Over that time I can say the service has been consistently excellent, as have the products. And the one time I wasn't satisfied with some hugo boss underwear, I felt they took my feedback seriously. I like that I can put a modern outfit together with the items there, but some of the stuff they sell is for different tastes. They have casual stuff or full suits. The pants I purchased there recently lasted me about 100 wears and are still in tact. So yes those were $250 pants but the value is there. They have a tailor. Free parking. Some shoes and workout clothes too.”

“Purchased a pair of Dr Martens from their Black Friday sale that shipped from Brantford, and I cannot be happier with the experience and service I received! Despite being probably super busy and in the midst of a pandemic, my order arrived Tuesday morning after Black Friday! I got my Dr Martens for such an amazing and low price that I’ve ever seen (I’ve been stalking sales for these boots for months!) Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase and the boots I got are stunning as well, thank you!”

“I was shopping in Ardene last Wednesday with my daughter. We made our purchases with the very kind and polite young ladies behind the cash register. Unfortunately, I left my wallet behind on the counter. I didn't realize i had left it behind until the following morning. I went back to the store at 10 am, the following day, when it opened. I spoke with Cynthia, the manager, and was so pleased to hear the girls had found my wallet and put it away hoping for me to come back. I just want to say Thank you so very much to Ardene and it's wonderfully honest staff. I would have had to replace all my ID and cards if it wasn't for the amazing integrity of the women working here!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Cynthia and the Ardene team of ladies.”

“I had the best customer service experience EVER! The pair of shoes that I was purchasing was marked incorrectly and still had the sale price on from last week. The manager Reji went above and beyond to ensure I got that same sale price - even though it did not come up in the system. She tried every possible solution she could think of to get it right for me. It is so good to know that the staff go the extra mile for their customers. “I struggled to find work boots in size 11. I really think Marks and retailers need to do a better job with such a common size. Regardless, I ended up in Brantford Marks after trying other Marks and other safety outlets. It wasn't exactly a great experience until a lady came to offer help. She knew what she was doing and did everything she could to help. My experience with her saved this review and my only regret is I didn't get her name. Everyone else who I have had experience with at Marks clearly didn't care. She was running her feet off helping everyone she could. I will go back in hopes she is working lol!”
