“Been a customer for over 20 years. Over that time I can say the service has been consistently excellent, as have the products. And the one time I wasn't satisfied with some hugo boss underwear, I felt they took my feedback seriously. I like that I can put a modern outfit together with the items there, but some of the stuff they sell is for different tastes. They have casual stuff or full suits. The pants I purchased there recently lasted me about 100 wears and are still in tact. So yes those were $250 pants but the value is there. They have a tailor. Free parking. Some shoes and workout clothes too.”
