“Thank you to the employee working at the King George Road location for his kindness. I wasn't aware of the cost of tape- apparently UPS doesn't allow their staff to tape the shipping label on boxes anymore- and he took his time to review this with me and provide an explanation. The missing star is just the frustration that you only find out about this fee when you enter the store. I feel for the employees working there as they probably take the brunt of the UPS rules being front line. Again, I thank the staff member working today, he was kind and efficient!”
