Robert and kye are really good people very helpful and made sure I understood how to use my brand new s24 ultra 512 phone and was able to get a rogers watch and explained and set it up for me they are very friendly and knowledgeable in my opinion they deserve a raise because it's way better coming to a rogers store versus going to or example the costco kiosk thank you stephen smallpiece

I recently changed my services from Bell to Rogers and glad I did.I purchased a new iPhone and brought it to the Brantford store where Kye expertly converted everything from my old phone to the new one and even synced my IPad. A few days later I happened to notice my playlist was deleted from my YouTube account. I came back to the store and Robert determined I had my account on an old email and literally reset everything whereby my playlist appeared again. Great customer service and expertise at this store. Thank you Kye and Robert!

Always depends on who is at the store, there is a young guy that is very nice and efficient, but not all of them are happy to help, for example if you stand at the door waiting for them to open it or try to open it, one guy would come and open it for you but not without ringing the bell in front of you to “make you” see it, feels like a rude attitude.
Other girl rolled her eyes when I asked something for the second time cause it wasn’t clear for me, so i did not feel comfortable this time at the store.

I had fraud on my account and i went to the store to get help. Because i called rogers they wanted me to verify my ids in the store. I went there, Robert the store manager refuse to help. He said we do not help in this case you have to find another store. Then I left the store called again to validations the said I can go to any store. I went in the store again this time jashan help me.. she was so helpful because of her I was out of trouble. Amazing customer service. She deserves a raise.

This review is for ROBERT so called manager. Didn’t even know how to work in customer service. He shouldn’t be at that position. I had that experience two months ago. I returned the phone in the store still I got 2000$ bill. That was some errors in the system that’s okay. But I went in the store 2 times. I just wanted to make sure if anyone from the store can confirm that I returned it already. At first place Robert came to help me. I had return receipt and I showed him. He took copy of that. He told me to come back because on that day the store was busy. I went there next day, he was standing right in front of me and he knew that I came back to get help but he didn’t even made eye contact to me after. He was keep using his phone. Other employe ask him to help me. But he said it was Jashan’s sale and she will take care of it. Jashan was on day off that’s why I told them that payment day is in 2 days. He said It’s not his responsibility. Being a manager this was not a good behaviour towards the customers. The other employe gave me customer care phone number. I was only asking for write a note so i can confirm customer care to help me with that. $2000 for the phone that was returned in store and store wasn’t even responding a great service.
