Great customer service. Went to this store because my store (Hannon) didn't have my size. Sales lady gave me the sale price because I drove to her store, even though sale was over! Well worth the drive, thank you!

The women working in the store were amazing. We were from out of town and they were so helpful getting us pants and shirts. Everything we needed. I would tell everyone to visit this store.

I love Ricki's overall. Im always able to find my work clothes but also my date night outfits here! The staff is always wonderful and helpful. Tanisha helped me the past few times in the Brantford location and she was an absolute doll! She was so helpful and able to assist me quickly. She has been so friendly each time I've been in; I cant say enough about how pleasant the experience has been. Way to go, Tanisha!

Bought a few items from Rickis online & had to return a few, staff were awesome in the store, I shopped in store while I was there, they had a great sale going on for new merchandise I love the clothes style Ricki’s has and always find something that appeals to me! However I do miss the Democracy Jean brand they carried before! Wish they would bring it back, those jean's fit perfectly! Now I have to purchase them from Amazon.
