The comment from a previous review is very true. My review is about three weeks after that review.This is one of 2 clothing stores in Brantford I will consider shopping at. The service was so poor and one associate was so rude that I will not shop at this location again and, since I will now shop out of town, I will not likely be a customer of Reitmans. I registered a complaint online after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes to address the poor service. Also, I think the individual who was so rude today is actually the store manager. No wonder their stores are in financial trouble.

Was ignored the entire time I was there. No one said hello. I had to go back and forth from the change room several times. I mentioned it to the lady at cash and she looked at me like I had 3 heads.I will not shop here again, this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I’d rather drive the Hamilton.Horrible Customer service!

Walked in the day of the Rogers blackout, 3 of them standing at the door working on a display, no one looked at me or said Hello. No one offered to help me find anything. Last time!!

With limited shopping in Brantford, I'm so glad we have this store! Great selection and very attentive staff.Only gripe is that one staff member doesn't wear a mandatory mask. Don't care what her reason is as it sucks for everyone....I can't enter without one and I am really not sure how it's ok with Reitmans? This has deterred me from returning in person.
