“I am so glad when this pharmacy opened in the north end Brantford. 170 brantwood park road. Same plaza as Frankie’s bar and the ice cream place. I got tired and turned away from the larger pharmacy’s like shoppers and zhurs. I have always had an amazing experience with Mr Patel. He always is very friendly. He takes the time to clearly explain the medication, he goes above by doing searches for pharmaceutical discounts online when I had questions about a new medication and if a generic brand is better and more affordable. I accept that there are fees and charges for the medication and I find that he is lower than the big box pharmacys. I am extremely happy with patel….
and now that I am in my 50s, I am unfortunately there a few times a month. If you are going to get old, it’s always best to have a pharmacist as a friend. Right next to my car mechanic and barber. If you’re tired of the big box pharmacy’s. Visit this location and see for yourself. 5 plus stars *****”

“This Apothecary is phenomenal. I cannot sing the praises of its team and staff enough. They are the most caring and attentive team of pharmacists I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
They have actively contacted to renew medications when they see my refill count is zero, contacted my doctor to confirm reaction risks and alternative (affordable) medications, and delivered my medications to my door when I was too sick to arrive. They also sort pills into pill sheets for daily dosing.
Justin is truly amazing; hard working, and kind-hearted. His whole team follows that spirit, and I fervently encourage you to switch to this Apothecary.”

“I got my flu shot today at Guardian Discount Pharmacy, and the experience was excellent!
The process was fast and efficient. All i had to do was sign the usual vaccine paperwork as my profile was created and the vaccine prepared. The whole process only took about 30 minutes from walking in the door and asking for a flushot, to getting the vaccine, and the post vaxanation waiting time.
Ramez, the pharmacist, did an amazing job administering the injection, I barely felt a thing! He made the experience great by taking me through the process step-by-step, ensuring everything went smoothly and stressless.”

They are super nice and the tech ladies often do things for me I don’t have to ask them to, like refill a script a day early because the refill day is on their closed day or tossing my script on the delivery pile when I forget to grab it during daily errands.
