Bought wipers for my wife’s car, brought them home to install them and they didn’t fit. Came back to return them and the young man named Cam behind the the counter told me they should be universal. He came out and installed them on the car for me! Great customer service and a super nice team member! THANK YOU!!!

Let me make this direct and to the point. I bought a Noco battery charger but it did not take a charge.
Went back without a box as I just left it at the store when the rep ( Who was awesome by the way) waited on me.
Not having the complete box tied their hands quite a bit but they asked me to come back and deal with the asst. Manager who was out for lunch.
When she returned, her name is Amanda, she was fantastic to deal with.
I ended up buying the one that was $60 more which I feel so much more at ease with.
Thank you to Amanda, Warren and the other staff members I dealt with for treating me with respect and helping me out.
Totally satisfied

So unreliable and annoying!! Called for a part before tearing my car apart, they notified me it was available, got to the store after spending so much on Uber and they said “we checked at the back and we can’t find it anymore! 😡😡

I called asking some questions, because forums were very hit or miss online. Gentleman who answered phone was zero help, and seemed extremely uninterested and annoyed. Terrible customer service.

If I could give less than a star I would! I heard they are excellent . I’m in a real pickle. It was just a bit of snowstorm the day before. I’m out driving and my windshield wiper breaks right off. With the salt it gets hard to see quite quickly! So I research online there the best they will do it for me on the spot!!! Wow! This is just what I need since I can’t personally do it myself and it’s dangerous to drive! I go to part source there are 3 grown men in there all standing or leaning on the counter. They sell me the windshield wipers but absolutely refuse to put them on, even though I stated one broke it was dangerous and I had a young child with me!! The weather was a little cold but the sun was out and it was not snowing or raining. I paid 65$ for windshield wipers which I later discovered they clearly chose the most expensive. I had to change the windshield wipers myself. I did a bad job. One flew off in the middle of the highway. Replaced at Canadian tire for $20. Worsssttttt experience.

Bought two sets of drums for my truck and they were all warped. Now I need to pay to have them machined. I seen that they have them stored improperly on their side like, a book. Also be cautious about remanufactured parts, especially when it comes to internal threads on brake calipers.

I have been a consistent customer to this location for years.....I am now suggesting that future customers myself included go to other parts stores....politeness and courtsey go a long way....no callbacks when my recent orders have come in....they messed up my order, it was not a big deal to me I was kind and just said give me what you have....people on the phone are dismissive, costantly sighing and even hung up on me, i could tell from how load the noise from the phone crashing when he hung up..$1200 dollars spent and to leave feeling that way..they act as if I am a nuisance when I am being very clear on what parts I need....had a good rep when I went in store however the other guys who were just standing there were looking at me like I was interrupting their day, as it was me waiting for 30 minutes in store waiting for them to figure out the order...90% of the customer service has left the building...seems like a bad envrionment....shop elsewhere...

May 12,walked in asked for green antifreeze,, aluminum compatible,,Guy with beard said,comes in 5 litre jugs,I said how much,I dunno changes price everyday,as he and other employee continued to walk to the back and not help any further,,,so I left..Seems as tho they hate there job.and the public..2 guys today anyways,at 245 pm..Never going back
