I ordered online from local Rona and had it delivered. It came the very next morning instead of three or four days. It was well packaged. It was a good quality expensive item. Unfortunately it was not going to work, for our set up. Put it in the box and took it back. Return was friendly, quick and easy. Immediate refund. Very smooth. I will definitely use them again.

pro desk disappointed.
I received a 10 % discount coupen by rona.
I shop building material from brantford rona.
I shop more then 350.
At pro desk I told him i have email of 10 %discount coupen.
At pro desk the (employee id 4882299.)
He try to force me to contact with customerservice.
I told him at other rona store pro desk can use this coupen.
After discussion he type few words in computer and with in few second he told me I am giving you 15%discount on everything.
He show me he write 15 %discount on everything.
I paid and went out.and load everything in my truck.
Then I checked my bill I realized
He didn't demand my pro id.how without id he is able give me discount. He also didn't seen my email coupen.
Then I checked my bill and shocked
there is no discount on it.
he just type 15%discount on my bill (at place of my company name.)
(15%discount on everything ).
When I went again at pro desk his behavior totally changed and become angry .
And try to convince me it's rona fault.he add coupen and it's rona fault.
Without pro id.
And without coupen how he can give discount to some one?
Totally disappointed
I have bill for proof.
I am very disappointed.
Now I am buying from home depot.
Problem is I have email coupon for 10%.
How he is giving me 15%.
2 nd thing is He did not request for coupen.
And did not my add my pro nomber.
Very disappointed ?
With How many pro customers he did same thing we Don't know.mostly customers newer checked there discount on bill.

Maggie in the blind section was great. She walked by while we were looking. Stopped, asked if she could help, explained everything we needed to know, cut the blind and then processed all our goods on one docket so we could just go to the front desk and pay. All the while being very smiley and personable.

This location always frustrates me, the way they arrange items is confusing and nobody is EVER around so that you can ask for help. When you do finally track an employee down they are completely clueless. This has happened to me several times at this location. Lastly online they say they have things in stock but when you arrive it turns out that they are sold out.

Very poor service and employees have no clue about anything that is if they even acknowledge you to ask a question.
Go to the HD as they actually train their employees.

Terrible experience at the Rona brantford location yesterday. Went in for an exterior door and went through multiple workers who couldn't find us the door we wanted that was on sale and made excuses for not wanting to help us (short staffed, don’t know, manager isn’t in). Then they said they would bring the manager to find us the door and left us and no manager ever came. Then after two hours we got our door finally when we found someone else and they didn't give us the sale price when we paid. So we had to wait again at customer service and show the sign that says exterior doors all on sale. Took until 11pm to install our door because of the amount of people who couldn’t help. What a waste of time that was. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sandy in the Appliance Department was AMAZING!
Got all new appliances and she was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the different makes and models.
Delivery and set up went seamless and I appreciated someone phoning after everything was installed to follow through with the delivery. For a big box store their customer service was top shelf! Highly recommend!

The store has hardly any employees now. Most are foreign and barely speak english. The ones that do work there, have no clue where anything is. Ever since Lowe’s left Canada this place haas gone downhill.

It looks like stores don't keep any big items in stock any more, so customers always have to order, pay and wait for delivery.
My dishwasher broke, I needed a new one, went to the store, ordered it, the contract said delivery on Wednesday (7 days from time of ordering). Sure enough, it wasn't delivered on the promised day, I guess the contract of sale doesn't mean anything to Rona. 7 days is plenty of time to deliver a dishwasher (ask Amazon how they do it). Finally, it got delivered at some point on Friday and of course the installation technician wasn't notified in time and I got my dishwasher installed Tuesday afternoon the following week!!! Two weeks! Is this the service your customers deserve?
