Lallo Mazda is an awesome dealership. They are very transparent when it comes to pricing which is something to be sought for. Brian was also very knowledgeable and answers any questions you have.

I prefer to buy my vehicles locally but after visiting Lallo I went out of town.
Firstly the salesman took my vehicle for a drive around the lot. When he came back he said he would make a call to get a price for my car. Strangely he disappeared outside on his cell phone. After a lengthy time he returned and said wholesale was $6000 and that was all he could offer. I smelled something bad as my vehicle was in mint condition and only 43000km on it. Later he sent me a quote for a cx5 which seemed high, after further investigation I found he had charged for a package that was included in the base price, this was a few thousand extra. When I pointed out to him he mumbled it must be a typo and honest mistake, funny thing was it was quoted exactly the same on their website?
I eventually got almost double for my trade in out of town.
Very suspicious about the phone call and the the “honest” mistake.
I won’t go as far as to say don’t buy from them but I will say buyer beware.

After a TERRIBLE experience at a certain Hamilton-based Mazda dealer nearly turned me off ever purchasing a Mazda again, we popped in to Lallo Mazda and met with Mat. Purchasing here is a complete 180 from the nonsense in Hamilton. We had a very plesant experience, purchased the vehicle without getting slammed with unnecessary extras that were billed as "required" that added thousands of dollars in costs by a certain other dealer. We hapilly purchased the Winter Tire package and look forward to returning season after season to rotate tires and maintain the vehicle. Thank you Mat! You restored our faith in Mazda!

I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend getting your car looked at here. I brought in my 2015 Mazda 3 to get its traction control light fixed. During their diagnosis process, they broke my clutch switch which left my car unable to turn on which led to me having to bump start my car in order to drive it. They didn't offer me any rentals and l was left with no car. I refused to let them fix their mess up as they quoted me an astronomical amount to fix it. I purchased said part from them and ended up installing it myself which only took 10 minutes. The part that they broke was apparently "broken when they touched it with their two leads" which is a gigantic lie as I never touched it while owning my car AND it is a part that does not break prematurely even for a nine year old car. I was charged the diagnosis fee and they said if the part that I replaced for them did not fix the issue, I could bring in my car again for another diagnostic, free of charge. Today upon calling they did not hold up on their promise. Ultimately I brought in my car that was running perfectly fine, left with a car that was unable to start without having someone to push my car and was charged a diagnosis fee when they did not fix or identify the problem I went in with.

Mat and Brian were great to deal with. If you're in the market for a Mazda this is the place. Friendly, casual and honest. The car(CX-50) is not too shabby either.

A fantastic experience! Mat was so nice, straightforward, timely, prepared, honest, and made our whole experience very easy and quick. We arranged a great price via email, visited the dealership to sign the deal, and returned a few days later to pick up our shiny new CX-50. Highly recommend this dealership...ask for Mat!
