Truck came back with a deep 1inch scratch, said they reviewed cameras and didnt see anything happen, and were not willing to negotiate. White truck was covered in oil, even on the hood. No way they wiped or washed it after. Couldn't see out of my side mirror due to oil. Will not be going back. They also have the audacity to ask people for tips on their machine. The lack of quality and prices of everything nowadays is piss poor.

Spent hours preparing my truck for a good undercoating, went in today and was seriously disappointed. Been to 2 different krown locations and neither one does a decent job! Missed half the underside of the truck. Only did where u can see. Because u can't see what they are doing, I seriously doubt they even did inside the doors. I miss Wolaks in Burford!!!!

Great customer service, and oil sprayed.. Had coupon for wax and tire clean.. unfortunately my 2019 Jeep Cherokee had so many oversprayed spots of wax including headlights windshield, and spots all over my vehicle, thats going to take a few washes and buffs to get out!!Service: Car waxing

Drove into the parking lot. Parking lot was full of oil. Went into get a price, walked back out and my shoes were full of oil........place is a disaster.
