“I absolutely love Moonshadows & enjoy shopping there. The store has a beautiful layout & is very clean, well kept & organized. It's very easy to find what you are looking for. Their variety & stock on their items is great. Their prices are very fair to say the least. They have an incredible amount of information about their items & their uses, etc. They also have great sales & promotions on their already fair priced inventory. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are very pleasant, helpful, friendly & know all of their products very well. If you are looking for something specific or need info on something, they have the answers & are happy to help. I realize that this is quite a long review, but I just can't say enough about how great my experience was at the store. Would give 10 stars if possible. ????”
“Well it was inspection time for our investment. We prefer to deal with the staff at the Brantford store as they always seem so friendly and professional at the same time. It always is a pleasurable experience. However today our go to team member was busy so we ended up with a new face to assist us. Her name was Fatema. Let me say she did an amazing job, and the smile on my wife's face was PRICELESS! Everywhere we went her rings flashed Arctic brilliance that was blinding! She received so many compliments on her rings! So happy with our experience and extra glad that I have invested in the people's experience! Keep up the great work. A quick chat with Tracey capped off our visit, with alot of laughs!”

“Absolutely the cheapest necklace ever made. 90 days in and brought in twice for repair.. the first time I came back 2 inches shorter .Asked for a refund as their product is garbage . And no refund..Even with a warranty purchased on itUpdate..They exchanged the necklace for something better , no hassle after having head office reach out.Appreciate the help and finally wearing the necklace.”
