I hired Omar to replace a railing in my home. The work was done quickly and met my expectations, and the price was competitive.Omar was flexible in meeting with me in my home, helpful in making a selection on the style, and very friendly through the whole process.I had some pre-existing problem with the stairs (unrelated to the railing) that he also helped me with.Any issue that came up was addressed courteously and adequately.I would not hesitate to hire Omar again or recommend him to a friend.

Omar and his family provided fantastic design consultation from the very first meeting. The stairs are 5 star, installation was timely and exceeded our expectations for attention to detail (no small feat!). In our century home re engineered entirely, the stairs are the centre piece and have garnered a big wow from all who have visited. Most onportantly Omar is authentic and illustrates high integrity, I now consider him a friend and proudly recommend he and his family to all.

Omar did an amazing job, I met him at a client's house where I was renovating and he was installing the rails.
We had a good interaction while discussing the dimensions of the stair nose.
When staining the stairs, I messed up big time and Omar helped me. He came back three times for free to advise me on how to fix my mistake.
In the end with Omar's help the railings and the stairs looked great together. The homeowner was very pleased with how it turned out.

I hired Omar to reface all stairs upstairs and downstairs from carpeting to wood, partially cut a wall and replace it with railings, pickets and post, install stain and paint wood and trims. I paid his asking price.
The handrail fall next day. The primed trims are not fully and uniformly painted, just the margins. Creeks on only one step not eliminated as promised. Most annoyingly, the first plank supporting the first post and pickets is not at the same level with the existing hardwood floor. A tripping hazard, and an installation defect. I pointed out these issues, Omar fixed the failed handrails and promised to take care of the rest but by the end of the year, he will contact me. I trusted him and paid in full. I contacted Omar in December and January but no response so do not expect work ethics, craftsmanship or warranty.
