“Just had a really positive experience at this centre with gentleman there, i needed a box of screws i couldn’t find anywhere else, and they only had one left, so he spent the next three minutes looking everywhere for them. He found them rather quickly considering their large collection, probably saved me an hour looking myself like in other places. i really appreciated them coming to me as soon as i walked in rather than me hunting an employee down like in most places. 10/10 costumer satisfaction”
“I ordered online from local Rona and had it delivered. It came the very next morning instead of three or four days. It was well packaged. It was a good quality expensive item. Unfortunately it was not going to work, for our set up. Put it in the box and took it back. Return was friendly, quick and easy. Immediate refund. Very smooth. I will definitely use them again.”
