“Went to this location this morning to purchase toboggans for my kids. The store was very busy and a bit chaotic (technical issues were ongoing). The owner - Adam - helped me to be able to complete my purchase despite the technical issues and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Both him and his employee, Cali were both very kind and calm during this chaotic morning. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Adam for being such a gracious store owner!”

I called to clarify some things before placing an order, and to my surprise was connected to an actual human promptly, who even offered to just take my order overt the phone.
I had sent an email after seeing my order hadn't shipped after a couple weeks, then received a phone call within a few hours. everything was sorted out, and they offered to breakup my shipment to get me what was in stock.”
