As a human who works in Retail/Customer Service.. This place is literally the worst!!! The employees look clueless and I guess hate their job... I didn't even get a hello and I wrote this inside the store.. Great newer addition to the lynden Park Mall.. lol NOT.Our world is doomed.

The staff was rude and I felt like they were kicking me out as. Soon as I walked in. They turned off the music 20 min before closing. No one approach me to maybe help me. I asked to try something on, they said the changing room is already closed. It was 8:40!! And the store closes at 9. The store manager , May, was already Counting her cash and they were all giving me the evil eye. I don’t think I was ever treated like that. When I confronted the manager, she said sorry about that than my you good bye with a fake smile. I work long hours and sometimes I do t have time and don’t make it to the stores on time and I needed an outfit for a funeral. I think the manager needs some customer service training.

So sale items are final sale and the plus point is the fitting rooms are not open.. went 30mins before closing and thats what we got! And that’s how they are priced. But, great customer service and they were really helpful.

Cashier was really friendly and was able to give me a store credit for an item I received twice at a baby shower with no receipt. There was no hassle at all, she was great!
