“First timmers. We really enjoyed are shopping experience. Butcher shop is totally awesome selection is unbelievable. Amazing salad bar super fresh and plenty of options. Had the cold cut sub with extra meat delicious and great value. This will be are new to go place for sure. Very friendly staff they went out of their way to welcome us and took the time to answer are questions. Definitely worth checking out see you soon.”
“I specifically went here because of the reviews and I pass two other convenient stores from where I live to get here. The owner is just as the reviews said. I purchased two bottles of wine and was informed if I'd prefer any other type, he could order it in and he also mentioned some of the items they do through skip the dishes (which they have a menu for through Skip). Thoroughly pleased with the visit (I believe my first time ever!) and intend to go here in the future... thank you!”

This particular store was very clean and despite being very busy, they were very efficient in my experience produce is not the forte of a no-frills store, but that was not the case here.”

“The guy working today was so helpful. I found out my son has a soy allergy and unfortunately the website doesn’t list soy as an allergen so I was stuck going through the ingredients of each item I was looking at. He offered to print me a list of items they sell that were soy free and made my trip so much easier.”

But when i went to return it, he immidiately accepted and told that it was by mistake and he purchases it from an Arab supplier. He also said that he would not buy it anymore.”

“The cheese pizza at Metro is delicious!The crust is crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside like a good artisan pizza!The sauce is good and chunky, like it's made from scratch in house!And they use a super flavourful 3-cheese blend that's perfectly stretchy and greasy (in a good way.)I got an XL Cheese pizza for only $10.99 and it only took 20 minutes to make.”

Marcia graciously gave me a tour of the store and explained all the products with a big smile and pride for their shop that they can help people enjoy a great food experience!!! I also took some hot chicken and rice home for my 82yr old Dad and he wanted to call Marcia and thank her so much for making him food!! ❤️ You have to try Kings food and trust me you will make friends there as well!!”
