I have been trying for a year to find my hairdresser (Katrina) from Haircrafters (now closed). Today was my LUCKY day!! My first visit at Great Clips. Walked in without an appointment and 30 minutes later I was in the chair. Katrina did a great job! All of the staff were personable and friendly. The store is spotlessly clean. Kids, men and women all walking out with a smile and looking great. I will definitely be back. Great service!! Great haircut!!

We called for hair cut and she said you can come in walk in but reached there she said you checked in and she never said what the check in process is on the call and when she was very unprofessional and she said that we’re not taking anybody after that she said that you should have came earlier but we live 20 minutes away and we called 3:00 and you can come when we arrived 3:20 she said you were late she is not professional and we are coming to Great Clips for the first time and she was very racist to all of us even to my son.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Always got what I asked for. The staff is very nice and friendly. Chantelle did such an amazing job at explaining and getting the haircut I was looking for. Thanks alot for doing a great job.

I went for hair styling and asked for charges, one lady said its 32$ and same was said when i had been their for haircut earlier, but later other lady in the shop was in a hurry cause it was close to closing time, she directly topped up the price to 52$ straight so that i say no and leave. There should be clear conversations among the staff first. No choice left for me as i had to leave.

My daughter just came back from getting haircut from there. First of all they sent her home with wet hair so she wasn’t even able to see what the lady did ( older Asian lady) After blow drying at home I heard her cry. She came downstairs and I was shocked. She literally did a staircase out of her hair!!!! She asked for face framing layers and got that. This is ridiculous. For a teenager it’s the end of the world. I don’t even know how can someone work in hairstyling not knowing what they are doing. Ridiculous.

Boy these ladies treated me well, being disabled. They could not have treated me better. Sincere concern and helpfulness. I had Julie. What a lovely person. I went from long to short hair and it looks like a million bucks. Back, front. Really excellent cut. And she was fast. She made sure all the little details were taken care of. I gave her a big tip because of the great cut, the great service and paying attention to my needs so sensitively. She also let me chat her ear off which is a service in itself. Of course I will be back! 🙂👍🏻

I would give zero stars.
I called in before making an appt for a wash n style ( just wanted some curls or waves) they quoted me about $30. Sonya was nice but she wasn’t good stylist. She washed my hair with a clarifying shampoo - without asking me first. As I have blonde bleached hair and as such my hair is toned. She proceeded to wash w hair w clarifying shampoo removing all the toner and leaving it yellow. I mentioned this to her and she said it’s because I bleached it . - no it’s because the toner was removed w the clarifying shampoo. She half dried my hair as this appt was taking longer than I thought. I left w yellow hair / not styled or dried completely ( all this took an hour) n I paid $47.50.
I had to purchase a blue toner shampoo n head home to wash my hair again.
Again, Sonya seemed like a nice lady but the quality of the service just wasn’t there.

Ac is broken today. Told I can't have my hair dried and they won't be discounted the price for less services. Not impressed for a second visit considering the first was very positive. Try opening the door instead of making excuses to do less work. Annoyed to say the least.
