The staff here really seem to know what they're talking about, which isn't always the case with sales staff nowadays. They helped me pick out the perfect speakers for my needs, and price matched their competition! I'm really happy with my purchase and the next time I have audio needs, this is the first place I'll look.

First time I have ever been to FM Audio and I cannot say enough good things about them. I ordered a Marantz amp and had it within 2 days. I talked with another audio store in St Catharines and they told me it would take 2-4 weeks to get. Thanks to Greg I had it in 2 days! I will highly recommend these guys to my friends and family!!

Way overpriced stuff. Especially tvs. I don’t understand how they can capitalize and sell tvs for 2grand, when you can buy an equally good tv for 700$. And their up selling is annoying too.

**CUSTOMER BEWARE** This place has untrained radio installers who know nothing about wiring (deployed our air bag plus damaged our automatic window mechanism and door latch by cutting clearly marked wires they shouldn't have) due to an irresponsible and horrible to deal with owner. Rendered us over 30 days without the use of our car for which the owner wouldn't reimburse us nor would refund the install fee due to such a horrific experience.

We are exceptionally happy with the all round service from FM Audio Brantford. From the start Howie was the most amazing and very patient sales person to deal with, he had a genuine interest in helping find the correct TV for our needs. The install team of Matt and Aditya were very professional, they made sure that everything was working correctly and that we were satisfied with everything before they left. I would recommend FM Audio to anyone who is looking to purchase a system.

Can't buy online without filling out a "Quote Request" where they grab your email and phone number and then never get back to you. Online items are not marked as "Sold out", "Unavailable" or "Discontinued".

I had a remote starter installed at FM Audio by a guy named Randy. What a great job he did. He really knew what he was doing. The car starter works great. If you need anything like car stereos or remote starters you should definitely go to fm audio

So impressed with the customer service here! I am not tech savvy and buying a tv these days can be really confusing. Howie made the whole buying experience so easy and effortless. Installed the same day as purchase and the install guys are polite professional and very helpful. Showed me how to navigate the new tv and answered any and all questions I had. Will definately be back and will only recommend FM Audio in the future. Thanks for the great experience!
