Had a issue with a purchased phone case today and the young gentleman there was helpful, and when the debit machine didn’t work, he went out of his way to get me exact change from another part of the mall. We we unable to use our Fitbit because of the new Google app. She was able to assist us and resolve the problem. She also reassured us many Fitbit customers were having the same problems so we didn't feel too duh! Thanks to Hailey and the other lady (we didn't get her name who initially helped us). We love the Geek Squad! Thanks again!”
“Delivery notification system went extremely well. Issue with box spring, my salesperson, Justin failed to mention that the box spring removal is separate from the mattress removal fee. Had that been mentioned during the sale I would have spent the extra $15 for them to take that away as well. But I assumed that I was to put both in the given plastic bag only to have to remove the box spring (that I’m now stuck with taking to the dump). Not impressed.”
