Being told by other dealers during these hard times that sorry we can't help you with your situation. I walked into Brantford Chrysler as I saw an advertising of a vehicle that would accommodate my families needs, and was greeted by Charlotte who made me feel comfortable. I explained my situation and Charlotte introduced me to Patrick. Feeling sceptical about not getting out of my current situation, Patrick running numbers and calculations came up with a figure that would work to help me and my family out with our situation. He and Charlotte were able to get me into that vehicle that better suited my families needs. I was then introduced to Kim to get financial approval. Kim notified me that all was approved and my family was excited. The team at Brantford Chrysler went above and beyond what any other dealerships had even attempted to help me out with. I can't say enough about what this dealership has done for our situation. A Big THANK YOU to Charlotte, Kim and Patrick.

Had a ongoing issue with my 2021 Ram 1500. This truck got towed in twice in 2 months. Not what one expects from $100,000 truck with 80,000 kms on it. My 2010 Ram 1500 hasn't done that with 340,000 kms on it. Anyway Jason and Olivia went above and beyond to take care of this issue, hopefully once and for all.

I come here all the time for the DEF for my truck. I have come to know the Parts team very well. I find them all very proficient and helpful.
A shout out to Malcolm of the Parts team. Not only is he always pleasant and professional, but he went out of his way to help me and my son pick out some beautiful toques. This went a long way and I tell people about this all the time. Thanks Malcolm.

I used brantford chrysler for paint warranty after woodstock chrysler left me out in the rain! Doug in the body shop was amazing and super friendly, he got me in within 2 days of me calling them and treated me amazing the whole time! My van will be going to Brantford Chrysler from here on out!
