I brought my car in to have the back bumber replaced . The staff was super friendly they had a rental car all ready to go. The installer did a great job I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this place to everyone

Don't waste your time.Arrived Friday at noon, drove 50 minutes and no one there. Left a message hung around brantford, figured they were out for lunch. Called a few times, drove there twice before leaving at 2pm. Still closed! Please change your hours on Google and sign on door when you say Friday hours 7:30 to 2pm. Not with a customer or on another call. Just not there. Upset as I needed items from my car as I only have a rental until Monday and we'll sign on door says not a chance on weekend availability.Just wow..

I've heard many positive things about this place and when I went there, they provided me with an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest and I left feeling confident in their work. My accident has been a disaster but Len has been amazing and so helpful. The owner even came in on a Sunday to give me a rental. Len has gone above and beyond making me forget how bad things have been. I would recommend them to anyone for any needs. After my husband's collision we were sent to Braneida Auto Body by our insurance company. Len at Braneida took care of us immediately. We were set up in a rental vehicle immediately, which he had on site. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Braneida went above and beyond to make us happy.
