They have been very kind and welcoming, but I have been waiting 5 months for my vehicle to be repaired. I understand that there is a parts shortage, but whenever I've spoken with someone I've been told they'll get back to me the next week to schedule repairs/with an update but then no one follows up. It's gotten very frustrating as winter is approaching and I'd like a safe vehicle to drive. Considering looking somewhere else now.

Exceeded all expectations - outstanding service - please get to Assured Automotive on Clarence St., Brantford - you will not be disappointed. These women that run the shop are bawse peeps that deserve 100 stars!!!! Absolutely incredible experience as my garage door paint was buffed off at no charge - in less time to make a phone call to postpone my next meeting. No need - I drove away completely gobsmacked. Lori and her staff are amazing. Thank you so much for the kind service.

My experience started with the girl in the front. Her name was Mandy. She was so welcoming and helpful! She walked me through the process, which helped out so much as I was pretty inexperienced in dealing with any of this stuff. Really impressed at how easy Mandy made the process.The work was perfect and fast, you can't even tell where the scratches were!Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I recently had a great experience here I just had to give them a shout out! The staff were so friendly and efficient. I've had a few bad experiences when it comes to my vehicle so I am always hesitant to try new places.
