I suggest you be very careful and double check your total and the items they are charging you for. I went there yesterday on my way to work and bought 3 items. The total seemed high, but I didn’t question it as I was in a rush so I paid and left. When I got home from work, I was trying on the items and looked at the tags and did the math which didn’t add up. I looked at my receipt and they had charged me for the same item twice. At this point it’s 10pm so I waited until today to call them and they told me they need to contact head office to watch the cameras and verify that they double charged me. They also said it could be up to 2 weeks before they are able to refund me. When I called they told me this happens a lot? To me if it happens a lot they need to be looking into issues with their cashiers! Either way not a good thing, very frustrating that they don’t trust their customers enough to make things right either! I now have to wait 2 weeks to get MY money back, that was taken from my account in seconds. Scam tactics! Not to mention, the “manager” is rude on the phone.

I was shopping in Ardene last Wednesday with my daughter. We made our purchases with the very kind and polite young ladies behind the cash register. Unfortunately, I left my wallet behind on the counter. I didn't realize i had left it behind until the following morning. I went back to the store at 10 am, the following day, when it opened. I spoke with Cynthia, the manager, and was so pleased to hear the girls had found my wallet and put it away hoping for me to come back. I just want to say Thank you so very much to Ardene and it's wonderfully honest staff. I would have had to replace all my ID and cards if it wasn't for the amazing integrity of the women working here!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Cynthia and the Ardene team of ladies.

Promo prices are too confusing..they need to be clear with pricing and which products are part of a promo and not. Signage needs to be better.
