“I could not recommend Alia enough! She has a vision for designing clothes and knows exactly what will work/not work when designing an outfit. She has an incredible eye for detail. Not only is she an amazing designer but she is an awesome store owner and provided me with A+ customer service from the moment I stepped into her store until way after I even had my clothes in hand. I made the long trek all the way from Upstate New York and would definitely do it again because the quality of the clothes and service is unbeatable. I looked everywhere in NJ, NY and Toronto for the perfect outfits and nothing compared. Alia was very helpful and always followed up with pictures and updates when I had questions about the status of my orders. She made the vision for my outfits come to life and even went out of her way to customize some jewelry. She has gone above and beyond since the beginning. She was sincere, honest and a pleasure to work with. I will 100% be returning to her store in the future! Thanks Alia!”

“Took my mom shopping at Penningtons on West Dr. In Brampton today. I want to say thank you to Jelisa who helped my mom out. My mom is not as mobile as she used to be but Jelisa stepped up and was patient, caring and took the time needed with my mom to find the perfect style and fit. “My 9yr old daughter wanted a specific hoodie & joggers in teal. We went in, and we received EXCELLENT customer service from a young lady (I didn't get her name.) She helped me get the correct sizes for my daughter. One wasn't in stock, she called the other locations for me, unfortunately they didn't have any. She suggested she could order it online to deliver to my home, which I accepted. She did the online order for me. (It arrived in less than 24hrs!!)

“now usually i don’t write reviews at all cuz i don’t care enough, however on sunday august 10th around 4:30-5 pm there was a slight rush and i really only needed one thing. so i was waiting in line and there was a young girl with bangs assisting a customer and i was really impressed with how she handled a situation. I guess us customers were lined up on the wrong side of the registers (not that i cared, a line is a line?) and a customer noticed and was being really weird and aggressive towards her because of that. The girl, despite her being visibly annoyed, was so respectful the whole time. Handled that customer with so much grace i was like a proud mom lol. 10/10 customer service too. i wish i got her name but she had bangs.”
“Be very careful before buying something they have absolutely no return policy, it's semi tidy for such a busy place and their deals are fairly good, espicslly good if you're curvy and looking for clothes that give you that extra lift, poor customer service but fair price for clothes 7/10 would visit again”

“I loved this place so much, I don't even shop in NY anymore, and will literally plan a trip back up north to Canada to buy from this store versus others in America. Staff was amazing. Quality and styles were top notch; there were so many beautiful sets. The number one thing I loved about this place was that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Sometimes, walking into shops, the quality looks questionable and there aren't prices, and all the prices seem steeper than they should be. Here, the prices are on the tags, so there's no funny business and you don't have to heckle. It's what a shopping experience should be- fun, and worth it!
