We have very bad experience with the manager of this store .She was very rude with this we were looking the stuff for our grandfather we actually didn’t know about the exact size so by estimation we checked which is good for him. But she came to us number of times and in very rude way asked why you go in every line to check clothes and then she whispered something in the ear of other lady who was customer service.
Like we are here to buy to things right, if we pay for things then definitely we check… that’s up to us whether we check one time or more … there work is respect their customers and give a good service doesn’t mean to be rude.
I highly recommend not to go for shopping in this store very very bad customer service.

This location of Winners is A MUST go!
It is one of the better Winners in the Brampton Area, usually quite stocked with the latest trend, however the best part of my shopping experience is the staff.
They are always friendly and helpful with some going above and beyond, over this past weekend I had a staff member help me search the racks for a pair of jeans shorts, quite rare at this time of year, as the fall and winter stocks are rolling out.... but she was there with me until we found it!

This location is the worst location every time I come there to do a return the workers give me a hard time I came there yesterday to do a return from homesense the cashier tell me she can't take back the item from homesense because it's a different number I left I went to the winners at shoppers world the cashier do the return with no problem stop act as if winners is own by your parents it's always this location more then once I have problem with them you just a number to these business and easy to replace(angry customer)
