Worst service ever for seniors , we waited and waited then we ask one young girl to help us she said she will be back she went to the back and never come out walked around finally we saw another lady working on pricing we said hello ask our question she replied without looking at us continues her work points at the product we ask for answers our questions not in a nice manner we were disappointed, this place mostly for seniors no one try to help we lef not suttisfied .

This location is not helpful in the slightest. They locked the door over an hour before the store was closing. Before making a step in the store, i was confronted with 2 employees telling me to order items online. If this is how this location conducts business, I have no intention of ever coming back. Looking at these other reviews, I can see why its rating is low. This one star is too generous.

Second time this has happened to me. I ordered ostomy supplies I ordered Friday, I go to pick up Thursday no order found. They can’t even find the order form. Now I just go on Payless Medical buy from them they ship free in mail. No more driving to shoppers for me. Terrible service.

In the process of selecting a power lift chair, I was set on purchasing a certain one because of cost. In the process of trying it out again and speaking with the representative, she suggested I try another specific one. I was quite reluctant because of price, however, once I tried it, it seemed for the difference it was no contest. Thank you Anisha for making this suggestion based on the information I provided and what you could determine. It has proven so far to be an excellent choice.Ken

I would give us zero to this place, if possible avoid at all cost by from somewhere else worst service. Bought hospital bed it’s super uncomfortable for 94 year old refused to take the bed back, even though it said 30 day refund on the bottom of the receipt, they basically called me a liar and said they told me I couldn’t be returned when I purchased. Worst Customer Service ever worst quality products ever do not buy from this place. We are stuck now with a $3500 bed that is so uncomfortable and all they tell you to do is purchase overlays. Another Mattress etc. etc.. management here sucks

Scam for service. Nice staff but Shoppers say Yes to warranty but demands $100 for tech visit to repair or replace defective $4500 adjustable chair 3.5 months old. Beware of Welwise if you are wise. Sad hugs ? ISHJohn ISH Ishmael

They don't stock crutches, but the store is supposed to, and caters to mobility injuries. I couldn't even order them online and have them delivered to the store.Only reason it didn't get a 0 was because a staff member helped me try on an air cast, which wasn't what I was looking for.

I am warning anyone that purchases from Wellwise online to go ANYWHERE ELSE POSSIBLE. My aunt is suffering from cancer and has issues with bathing so we purchased a bath mat from here on the advice of our occupational therapist and boy was that a mistake. They first sent a mat that wasn't what I ordered at all, looked like a cheap one from Wal-Mart. I contacted them and they allowed me to return the mat and told me the one I had ordered was out of stock. I decided to wait till April 14th for when they would be back in stock and as you can see by the date I still have heard from no one. I just called in again and was told I needed to speak with the technical support team who funnily enough doesn't have a direct phone number. I have emailed them 4 times in the last month and got no responsePeople purchasing from this store are obviously not well and being in customer service myself I would expect better treatment. I am personally disgusted by my experience with this place and will NEVER purchase a thing from them ever again

I have been in there a few times over the last 6-7 months for my CPAP needs & everytime I've gone in the staff have been helpful and courteous. PJ especially has been amazing and super helpful with all my questions and concerns. His follow up and customer service is definitely above and beyond. I highly recommend this location if you need anything for a CPAP machine.
