I moved within the US couple of times and moved to Canada. Great service from the US team and Canada team. We received step by step process from Canada team including the map in PDF for customs clearance. Drivers are amazing. They discuss and plan the placement of cubes without any disturbance to neighbors. Our kudos to the team who worked at the backend as well. Overall, they did a great job for us. I already recommended U-Pack to my friends based on my personal experience.

Very sneaky and poor customer service.
I got a quotation for $6851 for two containers going to US on Wednesday but when I called for them to deliver the containers they said that they don’t have the driver available to deliver it and when I change the date to Friday they increased the quotation to $9226 dollar because they know you don’t have a choice and have to book the reservation.
Another problem is that when you get the quotation it doesn’t say that the quotation is in US dollars but when they charge they charge in US dollars although they are in Canada and provide the service in Canada.
I emailed the sales rep about this but he never got back to me after booking.
Be very careful with them.

This is my second time using U-Pack/ABF Freight for my cross border moving to-and-from Canada to US. No hidden fees and costs are as advertised. Great customer service.
Jeff at U-Pack in the Brampton service center was extremely professional, knowledgeable and super helpful with my move to the US. Excellent customer service.
Will not hesitate to use in the future or recommend to any family/friends doing a cross border move.

Used the facility for receiving my goods from US ABF, the staff were very professional and gave detailed instructions on how to complete the cross-border customs process. The staff went above and beyond by staging the trailer so that my movers could access them easily and also helped me in removing separators. Overall had a great experience with them.

Our experience with upack moving has been very good. The staff at all upack Center are so wonderful they are very helpful, cooperative and have good knowledge on the required things. I would recommend upack definitely to anyone moving their goods. Upack is also very transparent w.r.t all the price and charges

We used U-Pack to move our daughter from Toronto, Canada to Massachusetts after her college graduation. From the moment we made our reservation to the moment that our relocation cube was picked up from our home, the service was absolutely fantastic! Any move is challenging but this one was extremely involved because of Covid-19 and international travel restrictions. I called U-Pack and was greeted with calm, knowledgeable people like Nalini Sewbans and Vishnu Baldeosingh who walked me through the entire process. They explained the customs form that we needed and even printed it outfit my daughter because there was no place for her to print due to the pandemic and lock down! U-Pack should be so proud of the service that they provided! They went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that we were always at ease with what was coming next in the process. The driver in Toronto was extremely helpful and was able to show my daughter how to open snd lock container. He was on time and courteous! The driver, Bob, who dropped off and picked up the container from our home was so professional and helpful. He was very timely and efficient and had the entire process done in minutes. Great service. Highly recommended. They take you through the whole process step by step and always communicate with you. I was glad I used them especially because my goods had to cross the border. They took the headache out of all of it. Moving is stressful enough but I felt taken care of with these guys. Thanks very much! Very professional!

Customer service was great. We moved from Ontario Canada to California. They promised a delivery date and kept to it. Everything arrived safe and sound. The price was right too. I would highly recommend them.
