I had a TERRIBLE experience with the UPS Store at 17 Worthington Ave Unit G8, Brampton store #523. My elderly father, 76 years old, tried to ship three boxes to me in Phoenix, Arizona. The staff cashier by the name of RUPINDER, asked for unnecessary and inappropriate personal information, including my passport photo, birth date, and how long I’ve lived in the U.S. I’ve shipped boxes from Canada to Phoenix many times before and never had to provide such details. This was a personal shipment, not to a business, and these questions violate UPS policy, as confirmed by their head office.
They charged and processed over $600 but didn’t my boxes, forcing my father to return to the store to request a refund. They initially told him they would give him a call the following day to process the refund. I told him “ that store NEVER answers their phone what makes you think they will call you and issue you your refund”. My father then had to drive to that store and that RUPINDER told him it would take seven days, which is unacceptable. It has been over a week, and he still hasn’t received his money. It is despicable that they would fleece $600 from an elderly man and make him go through this.
To make matters worse, this store never answers their phone. My father even witnessed staff ignoring ringing phones while he was there. He had to physically return multiple times, which is a huge burden for someone his age.
Because of this, I have escalated this matter further to the UPS Corporate head office. This location is poorly managed, violates company policies, and provides terrible service. I hope this review harms their business because no one should have to endure such treatment.

Ups is in the bottom of carrier service the drivers are too lazy to deliver your package. How is it that my building have a whole room with lock box strictly for packages deliveries and ups said they were unable to deliver my package I have to pick it up. You guys do not even know if I can walk or have access to go pick up. Why can’t you guys give customers the service they paid for???

Horrible service by a lady in the store. Today me and my partner went to this UPS Store for taking some prints. The lady said the payment machine is not working. She was also talking with someone on her phone during our conversation. I then asked if i can e transfer the amount. Ie, 5.5 CAD (which is the service charge they mentioned). After me saying about the e transfer, the lady started laughing and informed the person she was talking over phone about me e transferring 5.5 cad and the laughter continued. I felt uncomfortable, offended , not valued and left the store. The other lady working with her was polite and also informed me about a store nearby where i can get the print. I would never encourage such kind of employees in my store.

I was pleased with the thorough and professional service from this store today when I needed to send some urgent documents overseas. It was a fairly busy time of day and the clerk was dealing with parcels, photos, and the phone ringing every minute. My experience here was far better than at the competition.

Went today to pick up a package. I asked if the lady had a shredder bin or trash I can put my paper in she said they charge for that. Horrible customer service. Also charges 2.00$ processing fee if you email them something to print. Not able to even show you that on paper but just says that’s what we always do. Also never answers their phone. Horrible

I had a great experience at the UPS store. The staff, especially Rupinder Makkar, was incredibly helpful and kind. Rupinder went above and beyond to assist me with my delivery needs. The service was efficient and the staff was knowledgeable. I highly recommend the UPS store and appreciate Rupinder's exceptional customer service."

Worst store everThe girl completely denied that we don’t edit the pages. This is the first store ever that has said that we don’t edit the pages. Every store do that if customer is not able to arrange to pages according to the printing need. Reality is they don’t know how to do it.Won’t recommend to anyone ??

The girl working at Front Counter is very rude and unprofessionalism is at best. Lack of empathy how to treat a customer is seen. Urge to UPS to retrain this Store for Customer Engagement and Customer Service.
