You know who I am, you know there is no need for talking, we did that for a year, and nothing was resolved, it's a shame that one of your thieving employees didn't get investigated for lying & stealing my high valued package & a shame how this whole thing was handled. It's ok, I don't expect much from a $117.72B company.

I talked to a lady at this store 2 days in a row I think her name is Shivani, she knows exactly who she is. Why tell me youll have something ready and I call the day you say it will be ready and its not! Guy names rajdeep on the phone today whos working this the morning said he'll call back in 5-10 mins, didnt even call me back. I had to call back my dam self 20 mins later just to find out the lady hadnt lifted a finger on my project I requested. Horrible service from the man working this morning and the lady working the last 2 days Never returning to this location. Would give 0 stars if I could. Check ur employees rajdeep the make and shivani the female.

Shipped an item
They and UPS themselves allowed customs to destroy and item instead of shipping it back.
Claim an issue 6 months still.
So called UPS paid store 4x now for a partial payment to the claim.
Still received nothing from store.
1000 emails sent between store, ups claims, UK claims , and UPS.
All are ignorant and liars. False claims. They don't care about customers.
Still 0 money. But store paid 4x according to emails quite a few weeks ago.
Time for cops and lawyers to get involved.

Shawn & Sonia display excellent customer service skills while always making sure the customer leaves the store happy.This is my go-to UPS store because of their flexibility and helpfulness. The owner is also very positive and communicative to resolve any issues I may have had in the past.

0 for 3 UPS .First delivery was dropped off at number 6 not 16! Second delivery they told me to pick it up at one location while it was at another location!! Third delivery they tell me to pick it up at store. I drive to the store who tells me it will be delivered tomorrow and wait. It was at the store the hole time. I have to drive back to store to get packages!!!! THX! Who's paying my mileage!
