So disappointed with this company.Lost my order 7 days later. Syringes not working.Customer service, no help, manager, no help.I have been with this company for years and given them thousands of dollars.I have a very sick daughter and we count on professional services.Found another company, Mera who delivered our product to the door. They actually knocked on our door and waited for us to answer the door.Prices great, people helpful and helpful. On the ball.By Stevens

Working in the Animal Health Field, there is really only one company who checks all the boxes in regards to availability of stock/material and who provides top notch customer service, with a very user Friendly website - Steven's Company.I cannot express how grateful I am for the professional service we are given on a regular basis.If you are a animal clinic or hospital, I highly recommend opening an account with Steven's Company - They have everything! 11/10

The Hamilton SPCA has chosen the services of Stevens several times over the past decade and most recently an install yesterday of new surgery kennels. We could not be more pleased with the timeliness of communications with Kurt Theil as well as the installation process.He always delivers quality customer service. Review is for their online sales. I don't think you can pickup any of their products, so sales are done over the phone OR online. I was told about this company by a fellow cat owner and even though I've only ordered once, it's been an absolute BLESSING. My senior Persian has kidney failure and I've been giving her dialysis for over a year now. Purchasing the supplies from the vet is $$$ and this is an ongoing cost. Anyway, Stevens sells medical supplies such as stethoscopes, thermometers, throat swaps, furniture, etc. Basically anything that you'd find at your doctor's office! By phone, I was able to order the costly items that I need (lactated ringer, needles) at literally a fraction of the cost! To give you an idea, my vet charges 6Xs as what Stevens charges, so it definitely adds up. I found their online system dated. And I was supposed to set-up some account, but just bypassed it by speaking to their sales department. The ordering was a bit antiquated (e.g. creating an account, filling out a form, sending form back to them, etc.), so just try to speak to a live person during their business hours! Everything was delivered to my house in quite a timely manner.

I ordered an adapter for my high blood pressure monitor they charged me 50 dollars and when I wanted to return it they won't return my money the same adapter I could buy on eBay for 5 dollars.never deal with them again.
