Nick is amazing!!! Went here to look for a mat and box spring and Nick helped us find the perfect everything, fabulous customer service and I was very pleased with their selection of mattress and you could tell they were amazing quality! Great Place !!!

Serg is the guy you're looking for! He was very helpful and informative about his mattresses and products during our visit. This is our second time purchasing with him and we got a Queen Ultra Deluxe for a great deal.

I bought 2 twin Mattresses here in January and they are great for my kids. Serge was very helpful and attentive and has great customer service. I ended up changing my mind on the initial Mattresses I had ordered and made pymts on and he was able to assist me. I really appreciate all his efforts and help to load them into my vehicle. I definitely recommend. They offer payment assistance plans as well.

In about 15 minutes we got to try various mattresses in our budget, find one we loved, and schedule a free delivery. The delivery went super smoothly, and the mattress is great!

I went to The Sleep Factory yesterday night and was instantly welcomed and greeted with the nicest smile. Sergio was a big help within twenty minutes we found a perfect match with the best costumer service I have ever experienced. Quick and easy executed beautifully. I recommend asking for Sergio if you head to this sleep factory because he will have you in and out with your perfect mattress in under thirty minutes.

Me and my daughter were shopping for a mattress for her, and we ended up here after visiting so many big and small stores. The customer service we received from Sergio was exceptional. We really got what she wanted and a really great deal on the price as well. Same Mattress was almost double the price at big stores. I would definitely recommend Sergio and his store.
