I visited this place and the girl there name ikman helped me in a very calm and respectful way. I actually was in trouble because my network was giving me an issue due to which I was unable to use my network but she listened to me very calmly and gave me so many offers and then I finalize mine. I really like her service and the way she treated.me . This place is actually very good .

This place is horrendous. 5 of them working. Not a single care in the world just talking amongst themselves in their language with no care. They wanted my home internet account number to help get a new cell phone line. Made me wait on hold with Rogers for the better part of an hour only for Rogers to hang up and Didn’t bother pulling up anything. Alpik and Ikman are the absolute worst. Avoid at all costs
