Bought Cindy Crawford couch and recliners with charging ports. The charging port did not work on the recliner. The salesman asked me to remove it and bring it to the store for a replacement. It's been almost 2 months and I have not received the parts. I called several times and was told it's on order and will be delivered to my house on Oct. 25, 2024. Nothing delivered to date. It's October 30 and I still don't have my charging port.
