I used to be there more often and was really impressed of the customer service. But today I have to deal with a worst customer service. And unfortunately there was no one else in the store except Haannah, and she doesn’t want to help or answer questions, was really rude. Not going to this branch anymore.

the lady was very cunning , she first asked to pay cash no tax and then changed statement said 13 +tax even with cash which should be 14.65 something but even without punching asked to pay 15. No receipt provided

The customer service is not at all nice. Asked one of the lady some questions but she didn’t seem interested to help. The products are very nice but the employees at this location are very rude as compared to the ones at Square one who really help people.

Dealt with Erin twice. Really great leader. Very transparent with the processes to ensure your ideal outcome. Honoured a birthday credit for me passed the time period last year. Got to speak with her again this year about a birthday purchase and loved hearing how helpful she still is!

The sales associate in this store were really rude and condescending not helpful at all. She was following me throughout the store making me uncomfortable when asked for help she answered in an extremely rude and impolite manner. I was browsing and when I checked out with well over $60 of merchandise she indirectly accused me of stealing a $7 scrub I literally had to empty my bags in front of her to shut her up

Can be busy on weekends. Products are the same in all stores. Customer service is good.

They didn’t have what I came for in stock, but I did leave with some free soap. Thanks to the rewards program. Staff was friendly and helpful.
