Great customer service 💯 . The body shop products are always so good for me. Recently two weeks ago the women working there recommend me 3 in 1 tea tree mask it's so good. My face is getting better than before now even after using two times. Thanks for your help.

Bad customer service. I went in and was not greeted, not even a simple hello. There were 3 employees in the store at the time. I was just watched as I browsed around. Not sure if I would go back.
They do have a nice selection of things though.
