Don’t get me wrong the staff here were awesome and very nice, but the prices were absurd. Some items going over 200$. I can understand luxury items and such being more expensive as they are more desirable but some products that were used I could have got new for the same price, I always used to thrift Because it was cheaper than retail shopping but now it’s hard to tell if I’m actually getting a deal.

I am appalled by these people. I spend alot of money here ( buy lots in showcase , once up to $800 at this thirft store without blinking on a couple "brand name") been supporting them for years, donating here.
My daughter was trying on these used Zara pants, when I gave it to her, it had tags on. She was trying 10 different things guess the tag came off, didn't realize it was off until I got to cash. She quoted me $8! When I remember the price was about $5. So I went back to the change room , and the changeroom lady kept the tag, literally says girls active wear 5.29. She said they had to reprocess it again in the back and she "re-processed" at $6 and something!
THIS IS JUST DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!
Especially from the heavy set manager, who acts like she doesn't know me and the kids and acts like a stranger. Everyone else there is friendly and says hi , hello, good morning
I think it's digusting to nickle and dime, on used things and to make us feel like we're trying to get a $1 discount lol. Oh please.
I am in the second hand, sustainable business for high end luxury and just the fact a thrift store that is 100% donation, acts like this.
It's disgusting! I am disgusted.
She literally described the pants on the phone and said $8. I went back to find the tag and and they repriced for almost $2 more. Yuck.

During the week the staff is always respectful and polite. Today the large lady working there was full of attitude and very rude. I herd the comment you made "you hate resellers" that you said to your co worker after I asked to look at the glass cabinet I come to this location frequently so this comment was uncalled for I hope management takes note of this person and her unprofessionalism

Very nice experience. Worker at checkout informed me about student discount. Bought book at the great price and even after nice regular prices, they are taking time to inform about discount etc. very Impressive. Great work ?

Prices and items are reasonable. The Filipino lady though, she talks too much. Very intrusive and intimidating.

way to expensive, their necklaces and jewellery used to be about $.20, now it's a whole 3 to 4 dollars. I literally went in there once and saw some thing from Dollarama. That was priced three dollars, and they were selling it for five dollars. This is supposed to be an alternative for people who can't afford to go to Dollarama, and yet here we are.

Great selection on baby toys. Prices are okay in general. However the older Philipino lady in the fitting room is so unpleasant to deal with. She makes you feel like you're taking in more than you tell them, and always suspicious. Seen it many times with other customers too. Hope she is replaced or get a better training.
