But in the cake section , cakes are not fresh .today I buy one then I throw it to garbage bin after 1 first slice , chocolate on cake is frozen looks like it kept in fridge for long time . ”
“This is our primary meat shop. The staff are very polite and most speak English and understand Hindi too so communication is easy. They have great goat, lamb, veal, beef and chicken in the butchery section and will trim and cut as requested. They also have a great selection of Indo Pakistani products (spices etc.)”

“Let me start off by saying I love this Metro grocery store at Trinity common but I have a issue with the food service department which they sell pizza and all sorts of type of food so today Sunday October 20 I came there to get a large tree topping pizza and they only have two staffs working in this department so I get there there's one white lady and one Chinese lady that works there at the front around 10:00 a.m. in the morning so I'm waiting at least a while and they even haven't served me yet and I'm sure they see me standing there ready to take my order so the Chinese lady finally asked me what do I need and I said I want it all large three topping pizza so the Chinese lady handles busy dealing with the shrimps to take my order so she pass it on to the white lady behind her and ask her to serve me and she was very unprofessional her response back to me is what like I am annoying her and I didn't even appreciate that all she had to say to me is sorry sir I will take your order in a minute stop what shes doing an approach me in a respectful way and say it hi good morning how can I take your order she was very unprofessional in dealing with me as a customer responding back to me in a manner in saying what she needs to improve her working skills and how to deal with customers she's very unprofessional how she handed me this morning and don't get me wrong I love this Metro grocery store it's the best one so far”

“I am writing to formally complain about the service at the pizza counter in Metro at Bramalea City Centre location, Brampton. My partner and I have now experienced poor treatment twice from the same staff member working the 6 PM shift.
On both occasions, the lady at the counter exhibited an arrogant and dismissive attitude, making us feel unwelcome and ignored. Her unprofessional behavior does not align with the standards we expect when shopping at Metro, and it has significantly affected our experience.”
