The staff here have always been honest and upfront with me whenever I brought in my vehicle to get it serviced. They run diagnostics and tell me exactly what the issue is, and provide me with the best solution.There was a time when I needed a new battery but they had to order it in. They ended up ordering a Napa battery and it arrived not long after, and Deven installed it very quickly.I'm also thankful for Sharon whom works at CS, as she is great at what she does!I'm always thankful for the professional, quality service that Speedy provides me, which is why I continue to come back.Thank you always

Had an oil change and tire change done at Fisherman drive and Main st location in Brampton. Receptionist and Service was amazing. Had the vehicle done in no time. I recommend this location for any service to be done on your vehicle. Thanks speedy. You lived up to your name. (At this location)

This place has excellent customer service. I came here with a rental car on short notice and I was in and out within 30 minutes or so. The receptionist gave me updates on it and was so kind and nice to talk to. I didn’t get her name or the mechanics that worked on the car but their speed and care, going above and beyond to rotate the tires and just the friendly conversation I had with receptionist was amazing. I am actually incredibly surprised but I am more than happy to bring my own personal cars here whenever they need some servicing. Like I said, I didn’t get the name of the receptionist but if you see this, it was a pleasure meeting you and talking to you

they did a service on the WRONG car. And STILL MADE ME PAY FOR IT!!!THEY wanted to charge me ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS more than necessary.Well. Where do I begin.It Is my job as a level 6 local reviewer. To not only be fair but speak the truth. And to WARN people when businesses try and TAKE ADVANTAGE of a client. And what happened today was not only unfair but complete and downright Robbery.Here are the details...I went in to have my brakes inspected was told there would be a fee. No problem. I told them I will ONLY be doing an oil change If I went ahead with a brake change. No problem. So I waited in the area...with glass tinted all around the mechanic area makes you wonder why they don't want you looking into the shop and seeing what their doing to your car. So this gentleman comes out and tells me a RIDICULOUS amount for the brake repair basically 1/4 the value of the car. Call it a Scorpio instinct call it just being cautious but I knew he was lying he couldn't even hold in the smirk as he told me the price of the repair. Down right LIAR. I obviously declined. And later went to a trustworthy source who did the same work for ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN THESE CROOKS. I HAVE THE PAPER WORK TO PROVE IT.But here is where things get SUPER interesting.I over heard a mechanic say "you weren't supposed to change the oil on that car (my car) so they did a service on the WRONG car. And STILL MADE ME PAY FOR IT!!!outright robbery.No apologies at the cash table . the lady essentially said look we did the service now pay us. Even though I did not authorize them.And listen save me the "well your car needed the service". That is MY CHOICE where I chose to get it done. not yours. a mistake happened with your mechanic it's on YOU to absorb that not the client.I will be reposting this every week.All my points I can back up with in detail with paper work. Please anyone feel free to contact me about these CROOKS.***And if you look at their positive reviews alot of them are bots or just have 1 or 2 reviews to their name which means they paid a service or got their family members to write good reviews***
